Who we are

Tater Panic ("we") is owned and operated by Ozark Stacks LLC, based in Northwest Arkansas, USA. Contact: [email protected].

The game runs entirely on your device. Player names, scores, custom decks, and settings are saved in your browser's local storage and never sent to us.
We don't require accounts and we don't sell data.
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which collects the details needed to process your order under its own privacy policy. We receive your email and order details so we can support your purchase.
When you enter a Party Pack key, the game sends it to Lemon Squeezy to check it, along with a device label such as "iPhone".
Our site may use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics that count visits in aggregate.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font is downloaded.

The free game is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial fun.
A Party Pack purchase gives you a personal license to unlock the bonus decks on your devices and your household's devices, up to the device limit on your key. You may not resell or publicly share unlock codes or keys.
Play responsibly. Hand the phone, don't throw it. We aren't responsible for dropped phones, spilled drinks, or bruised egos.
The game uses sudden loud sounds and a brief screen color change. Lower the volume or turn off the flash in Settings for anyone sensitive to sound or light.
The optional "Salty" content is intended for adults. The Kid-Safe PIN lock hides it.
Custom decks you create are yours. Don't share decks containing hateful or harassing content.
